In this class, we’ll seek to find balance between our own yin and yang energies by mixing flowing and active postures with static and passive postures. We’ll begin with a flow designed to stimulate the body and mind, tapping into our yang or active energies. As we progress we’ll slow down the practice and transition into longer holds, more stillness, and our yin or passive energies. You’ll leave this class with a renewed sense of balance and calm, ready to face the day. This class is designed for all from complete beginners to seasoned yogis, and modifications are offered throughout.
